The Media Collection block allows us to use content from the Media Library
If more files are selected, a dropdown is defined where the use can select which file should be used.

The Image Box block allows us to display an image. Next we use it in order to display the previously selected file.

But the Image Box block can even take as input a link defined in a Text Editor block.
